Community Finder uses our powerful demographics database and analysis engine to allow you perform market segmentation and find neighborhoods that meet your target requirements.


Save thousands of dollars off the traditional methods of facility siting. We use block and block-group level census information and allow you to filter and produce weighted analysis result by a variety of factors including:


- Median Income
- Population Density
- Housing Size
- Ethnicity
- Race
- Age


Each block is scored based on input rank weightings and presented to you based on best match scenarios.


You can print your results and results are saved to you local device for future reference from within the app.


Results are displayed by census block in both map and tabular format. You may tap a block from the map or table to view detailed population information that includes:


  • Median Household Income

  • Population

  • Housing Units

  • Population Density (pop per sq mile)

  • Household Size (pop per occupied housing units)

  • Home Stats - Vacant and Occupied % Owners vs Renters %

  • Ethnicity Counts

  • Race Counts

  • Age Counts


Areas included with this application include all 50 US States, Puerto Rico. Note: some  census data such as age may not be available in outlying territories.
