Sea Star Software, located in Tallahassee, Florida was founded in 2008 by Michelle Palmer, a seasoned veteran in the Project Management, Software Engineering, and Geographic Information System industries. 

Taking the knowledge gained in her 20 years of software and consulting experience, Ms. Palmer formed Sea Star Software whose goal is to provide innovative IT services and software solutions that solve business problems.

This partnership allows us fast and easy access to Microsoft's current full-featured development tools, platform technologies as well as production licenses to bring to market innovative and interoperable solutions for the next generation of user experiences.
